At Durango Ski, we want you to hit the slopes with total confidence in your gear. If your equipment or apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your unused gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective seals are intact.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
